Beautiful, bright & cold. Arose 10:15 A.M. Washed. Dish of corn flakes. Put new licenses on Ford etc. Our family, father, mother, H.H. & I to Benedicts for dinner. Succulent turk etc. Fine dinner & Christian fellowship. Played rook, checkers, sang songs, talked etc. Home after bowling with H.H. Each won one and tie the third. Played louisa [game] with M & F [Mother & Father] and checkers with F. To bed 10:30 P.M. Thankful for life with the joys it brings.
